Yesterday, RBNZ was made aware of a consumer complaint at a Hamilton Pak n Save supermarket which involved one of our sales representatives. The incident occurred on April 17, 2018.
RBNZ acknowledges the representative involved in the complaint was one of its staff and not Colgate, as reported today.
Since becoming aware of the serious nature of this complaint, RBNZ has launched an internal investigation process to thoroughly understand the incident. This investigation is ongoing.
