Snowball Effect appoints two new team members as business expands
With the ongoing expansion of leading equity investment marketplace Snowball Effect, including the placement of private
capital and advisory support, the business has recently welcomed two new hires, Toby Kelly and Andrew Morris.
Toby Kelly joins Snowball Effect from his previous role as Private Wealth Associate at Milford Asset Management, where
he gained experience across a number of business units. Prior to this, Toby studied Economics, Finance and History at
the University of Otago, including a semester abroad at the Prague School of Economics. He has completed the first two
levels of the CFA Program and continues to work towards gaining his charter. As an associate, Toby will be preparing
companies for their capital raising offer, including their offer materials.
Andrew Morris is a recent University of Auckland graduate. His background is in Commercial Law and Information Systems,
with studies in Financial Markets Law, Company Law and Contract Law, as well as Business Analysis. Andrew has previous
experience in sales, product development, and implementation of customer engagement strategies. As an analyst, Andrew
will be working with companies during their capital raising offers, facilitating live deal operations, investor
relations, and AML processes.

Toby and Andrew join the now seven-person Snowball Effect team.
