Arizto is New Zealand’s smarter real estate agency, offering home sellers a premium service for a flat fee of $7500 (inc GST). The fee is split into an initial payment of $2500, with a further $5000 payable only upon a successful sale.
An extensive marketing package as well as a LIM report, meth test and legal documentation are included in the initial payment. Arizto aims to produce the highest quality selling experience for Kiwis at an affordable, flat fee.
Given the Auckland average house price, most traditional agencies are charging between $30,000 - $40,000. Arizto offers home sellers a more attractive option, while only hiring experienced licensed agents.
Backed by world class innovative technology, Arizto’s in house software allows its agents to work more efficiently - and without the need for multiple physical offices throughout the country; allowing the business to pass on the cost savings of these overheads to home sellers.
Arizto is the brainchild of 25 year old, Pernell Callaghan, who has been one of the country’s top performers in real estate for the last 7 years. Being a strong supporter of innovation, Pernell realised the industry model was outdated and no longer made sense to everyone involved. Aware that transacting a home is often the biggest financial decision people will make, Arizto was launched to help Kiwis buy and sell property through a more transparent and cost effective method.
By including reports and documentation in it’s offering, Arizto has also improved the buyer experience. Pernell believes all buyers deserve the right to full transparency when considering the purchase of a home.
