Interim liquidators appointed to CBL Insurance
The High Court has placed CBL Insurance Limited into interim liquidation, following an application by the Reserve Bank
of New Zealand.
The High Court has appointed Kare Johnstone and Andrew Grenfell, partners of McGrathNicol, as interim liquidators of CBL
Insurance Limited. The High Court has also issued confidentiality orders relating to the matter.
Policyholders should address queries about their own position to the interim liquidators.
The Reserve Bank licenses and prudentially supervises CBL Insurance Limited in New Zealand.
