DuraBuild Construction Look to expand Northward in 2018
Warkworth based construction company, DuraBuild construction aims to expand their services northward in 2018.
While DuraBuild have already completed several projects in Mangawhai, they are eager to better establish themselves as a trusted, go-to builder for new home builds and renovation projects in the seaside town.
Mike Bronkhorst, Director at DuraBuild Construction explains his eagerness to work more in the area.
“Over the past five years we have developed a steady client base in the Warkworth, Omaha and Matakana region and much of our marketing efforts have focused on these regions“.
“While many local builders are looking towards the ever-expanding Auckland city to grow their businesses, we feel that our experience and expertise in better suited for smaller communities like the one in which we were founded”.
DuraBuild construction was founded in Warkworth in 2012 and has completed hundreds of construction projects throughout Warkworth, Matakana and Omaha.
Now with a crew of over 20 full time builders, DuraBuild Construction has grown to one of the largest building companies in the area, and established a reputation which Bronkhorst wishes to emulate in Mangawhai.
“Completing so many projects in the Warkworth area, we have become pretty well known”.
“We have always aimed to be a very visible brand – we are proud of the work we do and want to be sure our name is attached to it”.
Bronkhorst has achieved this through a combination of signage, an ever-expanding fleet of branded vehicles and word of mouth among local clients.
“Mangawhai is the natural next step for us. We are looking forward to taking our personable approach to construction and successfully completing a range of different building projects and becoming a well-known Mangawhai builder in 2018”.
Some would say Mangawhai is what Omaha was a decade ago.. As seasonal holiday makers look to become full time residents… The new northern motorway will really open up the region , so we are looking to further establish ourselves northward.
