K3 Lawyers on a Roll with Awards And Honours
K3 Legal is on a roll, with its lawyers racking up a host of awards and honours in their first year operating under the new K3 Legal brand.
The firm’s litigation team, led by director Brent O’Callahan, is already in the finals of the 2017 NZ Law Awards in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Specialist Law Firm category. The winners will be announced in Auckland on 23 November.
K3 Legal has also been recommended by the internationally-renowned Doyle’s Guide for its insolvency and restructuring work, with director James Nolen singled out for particular praise in the field.
Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide has also honoured Nolen, describing him as an up-and-coming star in the field of insolvency and restructuring.
AsiaLaw Profiles, which produces a guide to the leading law firms in the Asia Pacific region, also recommends K3 Legal for restructuring and insolvency and calls it a “notable firm” in the field of dispute resolution and litigation.
“Given we’ve only be operating under the K3 brand since March this year (previously Kirkland Morrison O’Callahan), it is enormously pleasing to see our legal team getting this level of recognition from these highly-regarded organisations,” says K3 Legal founder and director Mark Kirkland.
At the same time as launching K3 Legal, the professional services firm expanded its business offering to include K3 Accounting and K3 Consulting under the one umbrella brand of K3.
