Newly merged financial advice firm hits the market
Independent financial advisory firms Bradley Nuttall and iQ2 Private Wealth merge into Cambridge Partners Limited.
Cambridge Partners is one of the largest independent fee-only financial advisory firms in New Zealand and will be a
significant figure in both Christchurch and New Zealand’s financial advice scene. Leveraging Bradley Nuttall’s 23 years
of experience in personalised financial advice, the firm has a unique outlook on financial planning, offering a holistic
and transparent evidence based investment approach to its clients. Cambridge Partners is one of only a few DIMS
(discretionary investment management service) licensed firms in New Zealand which also holds the prestigious Centre for
Fiduciary Excellence (CEFEX) certification for global best practice standards in investment management.

Cambridge Partners will offer a nationwide service and will be relocating into new offices in the Te Uruti Building at

The Board of the new business will comprise the business founders, Richard Austin, Steve Mander, Andrew Nuttall and
Jacob Wolt along with independent CPL chairperson, Julie Bohnenn. Scott Rainey and Todd Sutton will also be continuing
shareholders.
Cambridge Partners publishes new book around retirement
In addition to financial management, Cambridge Partners is an authority on retirement planning, offering a holistic
approach, which involves integrating both financial and life stage planning to achieve a more satisfying retirement.
The new company has co-authored a new book around retirement planning in New Zealand with the Canadian world retirement
expert Barry LaValley. The book is a self-educate book that prepares pre-retiree and retirees to cope with the
psychological and financial aspects of retirement in New Zealand. Based on Cambridge Partners’ and LaValley’s long
career and experience they both conclude that for most people retirement does not just have a financial impact, but can
involve an unexpected emotional one.
