Fronde director and co-founder David Irving dies

Oct. 2 (BusinessDesk) - Fronde Systems Group director and co-founder David Irving died on Sept. 21, the company said in
a release on the Unlisted share trading platform.
The 65-year old Irving made an "enormous contribution to Fronde, in different roles at different stages of Fronde’s
25-year life," the Wellington-based company said. "He will be greatly missed."
Irving was co-founder and former chief executive of Synergy, which was renamed Fronde in 2007, and has been a director
from the outset. He worked in IT since 1973 progressing from technical roles to management and leadership and retired as
Synergy CEO in 2006 taking on a small number of professional directorships, according to Fronde's website.
Fronde's shares trade on the Unlisted platform, which has fewer disclosure requirements than for companies listed on the
NZX main board. The shares last traded at $1.
Irving was also chief executive of the Fundraising Institute of New Zealand, which also said "it is with great sadness
that we announce that our CEO, David Irving, passed away last week after suffering a major stroke.
"The staff and board appreciated his warmth, generosity, and good humour. He will be sorely missed," it said.
