Prestige Law Finalists for Third Year Running

Prestige Law Finalists in NZ Law Awards for Third Year Running

The New Zealand Law Awards Team announced that Prestige Law is a finalist for the third year in a row for Litigation & Dispute Resolution Specialise Law Firm of the Year.

Throughout the past year, Prestige Law has had numerous breakthroughs in its litigation matters. Its matters have led to new legal territory, such as enforcing Chinese judgments in New Zealand and clarifying and expanding on legal rules, including evidence rules.

“There is a growing number of litigation cases in New Zealand that involve litigants from Asia,” says Prestige Law’s principal and founder, Royal Reed. “These cross-cultural, cross-jurisdictional disputes come with new jurisprudential and procedural challenges for all involved.”

The winner of Litigation & Dispute Resolution Specialise Law Firm of the Year will be announced at the award ceremony on 23 November 2017.
