Wairarapa home sales consultant takes top spot in Franchise Awards
July 6, 2017: A Wairarapa sales consultant is quickly making a name for himself on the national stage by being named as New Home Consultant of the Year.
Brian Brewster is the winner of the supreme individual award for results achieved in 2016, announced at Jennian Homes’ annual awards evening in Fiji overnight, marking the conclusion of the organisation’s national conference.
Jennian Homes undertakes a sales benchmarking programme with all new home consultants through New Zealand.
“We are honoured to have Brian receive the top award. We pride ourselves on having a great team and are constantly challenging ourselves to improve,” say Jennian Homes Wairarapa Franchise owners Gareth and Kate Norris.
“Brian is a credit to our business. His honest, reliable and hard-working nature is the epitome of what we stand for.”
Jennian Homes chief operating officer Aidan Jury says Mr Brewster is a consistent top performer with a great name across the Wairarapa and our entire Jennian business.
“Our entire team is proud of Brian and his achievements. He has been working away in a market that has been known to roll with its sales highs and lows,” says Mr Jury.
“We congratulate him for his efforts and achievements throughout the wider Wairarapa region.”
As well as being a high-achieving business, the Wairarapa franchise is very involved in the community, supporting local netball and organising the Wairarapa leg of the Jennian Homes Mother’s Day Fun Run/Walk – an annual event that aims to raise funds for the Heart Foundation and generate awareness about women’s heart health.
This year’s Wairarapa leg, held at Masterton’s Henley Lake, saw more than 330 people take part in the 5km run/walk on May 14 (Mother’s Day).
