09 June 2017 - ecostore’s laundry powder has been awarded Canstar Blue’s overall customer satisfaction award for 2017. ecostore topped leading brands Persil, Fab, Surf and Coldpower on a number of factors including ‘Quality of Clean’, ‘Number of Washes’ and ‘Environmental Friendliness’ to be awarded the five stars for overall satisfaction.
“We are thrilled that consumers understand they can choose the safer option and still get amazing results,” says ecostore’s home care brand manager Lucy Acland. “All of our laundry products are plant and mineral based and free from harmful chemicals, so they’re kind to your skin and the environment while still providing outstanding performance.”
ecostore laundry powders received the top five-star rating for:
· Quality of clean
· Number of washes
· Environmentally friendliness
· Packaging
· Feel of clothes, and
· Overall satisfaction
Canstar’s Jose George has said the rise of conscious consumerism is evident in this year’s results.
“The environmental impact of products is a high priority with one third of Kiwis opting for an eco-friendly product. In addition, just over thirty percent will choose a low irritant brand that is kinder to sensitive skin. ecostore has been a pioneer in the environmental products category and has developed a loyal and devoted following.”
ecostore laundry powders have also been approved by New Zealand's premier eco label, Environmental Choice (Laundry Detergents 0212112).
“This is our guarantee that we are committed to environmental leadership and that these products are less harmful to the environment,” says Acland.
The Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customer award applies to all the ecostore laundry powders (lemon, geranium and orange, and ultra sensitive/fragrance free), in sizes including 500g, 1kg and 2kg.
