Collaboration for Impact offers a new way of resolving complex social problems with a vision for creating lasting change.

The evidence is clear that complex social problems take a collaborative approach to resolve, and across New Zealand communities struggle with overcoming persistent social issues and frustrations that hold them back. The Collaboration for Impact framework presents a fresh, yet somehow old, methodology, enabling communities to come together and address complex social problems. Internationally there is an awareness that it takes a combination of community, government, business and NGOs to work collaboratively if we are to seriously address the needs that persist.

This conference is an opportunity to come and hear from people who have done it, and are still working constructively within communities to improve the outcomes. It will be an interactive event where you can gather ideas, pose the difficult questions, and even arrange a one-on-one clinic with some of the speakers.

A special focus of this event will be around specific challenges facing the Auckland communities with keynote speakers discussing education, Maori and Pasifika potential and local economic development.

The Masterclass is a hands-on workshop which will introduce participants on how to get started on collaboration in your community, and the collective impact framework – a structured and disciplined way to make collaboration work across government, non-profits, community members, business and philanthropists.
