Breaking News: John Key has just announced he is resigning as Prime Minister.

The National Party caucus will hold a meeting on 12th December to decide the new party leader and Prime Minister.

John Key has indicated Finance Minister Bill English is the front runner to succeed him and doesn’t know what he will no next.

The NZD is lower in immediate response.
