Hellaby Holdings Limited (NZX:HBY) is today sending a letter to Hellaby shareholders in response to correspondence from Bapcor Finance Pty Limited. A copy of the letter is attached.

The Independent Directors continue to recommend that shareholders reject the Bapcor offer.
