Antipodes Gold Reverse Takeover Update
Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (NZX: CRP) is pleased to advise that Antipodes Gold Limited (AXG) has today issued a
filing statement for its proposed reverse takeover of CRP. A copy of the filing statement accompanies this announcement.
The filing statement was accepted for filing by the Toronto Stock Exchange. As previously advised to the market, the
transaction will be undertaken as a full takeover under the Takeovers Code with AXG shares offered for CRP shares.
Further details regarding the transaction will be released in due course. It is intended to formally commence the
takeover offer process in the next two weeks.
