Market leading home food delivery service My Food Bag has always wanted its customers to spend more time enjoying family meals.

And now the team has gone one step further ensuring you can be in and out of the kitchen in 30 minutes or less – while still enjoying healthy and delicious meals.

Introducing My Express Bag. The new bag contains pre-chopped vegetables and meat as well as pre-made sauces so you can prepare fast recipes the whole family will love in half an hour or less.

My Food Bag co-CEO Cecilia Robinson says My Express Bag is perfect for time-poor households.

“Our foodies have told us that convenience is a huge part of their busy lives with customers telling us they want even quicker meals for week nights. And that’s what they now can get with My Express Food Bag.

“Finish work, pick up the kids, get home and have dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes. What could be more convenient?” says the mother of two.

The types of recipes you can expect in My Food Bag Express Bag include Teriyaki chicken with Asian vegetables and jasmine rice and Lamb with pesto-smashed potatoes and cos salad. All of the recipes are super quick without compromising nutrition – with plenty of fresh veg in every meal.

The new My Express Bag is available in all delivery areas from Tuesday October 25, 2016 at a price of $189 per week for five meals. Each meal serves two adults and two children or three adults.
