CropLogic Recognised At Annual TIN100 Awards
Christchurch, 20 October 2016 - Precision agriculture firm, CropLogic, has been named one of the most promising early stage companies at the annual
TIN100 Awards announced in Auckland last night.
The TIN100 Awards recognise the leading technology exporters in New Zealand following the release of the annual TIN100
Report. The Report analyses the performance of the country’s largest exporters in the areas of ICT, High-tech
Manufacturing and Biotechnology.
CropLogic was amongst ten shortlisted companies including 8i, BioLumic, Engender Technologies, Footfalls & Heartbeats, Hydroxsys, Invert Robotics, Mars Bio-imaging Ltd, Parrot Analytics and Timely.
Jamie Cairns, CropLogic’s CEO, said: “We’re proud to be recognised at the 2016 TIN100 Awards alongside so many

Jamie was previously CEO of “Snap”, a multi award-winning nationwide telecommunications business, where he was also
instrumental in spinning-out the ICT infrastructure company “The Colocation Company”. Jamie has extensive experience in
the ICT and telecommunications sectors, having been employed by some of the largest companies in both NZ and the UK, and
also has a successful background in both central and local Government roles. Jamie holds an MBA and BSc (Computer
Science) and traces his career back to the rural sector in which he was raised.
