1 + 1 Philosophy leads to promo company being named Most Community Minded Business in The David Awards

Monty’s Promotions has won this year’s The David Awards: heroes in small business for the Most Community Minded Business.

For the past nine years, The David Awards have been recognising the unsung heroes in home and small businesses throughout New Zealand – the Kiwi Davids taking on the Goliaths of the New Zealand business landscape.

For more information see www.thedavidawards.co.nz .

Monty’s Promotions created their 1+1 Philosophy in 2012 and is dedicated to sharing their profits with their staff and the global community. They distribute 1% of their annual turnover amongst their staff at the end of the year based on the % of hours they work for them each year.

They also distribute 1% of their annual turnover to charities and community efforts. This 1% is split up to match the staff bonuses and each staff member chooses where they would like their portion to go.
