THE INSTILLERY SIGNS PARTNERSHIP DEAL WITH ZSCALER
In keeping with their cloud first approach, The Instillery Group has signed a partnership with high-growth technology company, Zscaler to provide their clients with comprehensive security, data protection, visibility and control – 100% in the cloud.
The Instillery CEO, Mike Jenkins says that as cloud adoption continues to escalate across New Zealand, IT and security teams are having to adapt their trust models.
“In 2016 it’s no longer sufficient to build secure walls around your infrastructure. With so many elements now outsourced to cloud and SaaS providers the security stack now needs to extend controls, which otherwise circumvents traditional on-premise security appliances.
“The rise of shadow IT, the seemingly endless list of household brands getting breached coupled with tighter data privacy regulations compel businesses to extend data controls into the cloud applications in use by employees - providing security and protection not only from outside the organisation but also from within."
Terms of the deal will see The Instillery become a provider of Zscaler across New Zealand.
Scott Robertson, Vice President Asia Pacific and Japan, Zscaler said “We strategically select partners based on their ability to exceed market expectations around cloud security innovation and customer experience. We’re delighted to join forces with The Instillery who are expert in their field and deliver best-of-breed solutions to their enterprise and midmarket customer base.”
“This exciting new partnership allows us to maximise The Instillery’s skills and experience in providing solutions for New Zealand public and private sector clients through the intelligent application of our suite of cloud security solutions. These provide a safe and productive internet experience from any device and from any location around the world.”
Zscaler’s global customer base includes CSR Australia, GE, Exxon/Mobile, Nestlé, and the UK National Health Service.
