Rebrand already proving successful with AUT Business Support Awards win
At Wednesday’s AUT Business School 2016 Excellence in Business Support Awards, a new name took out the IMNZ Business Management Services category – but the new name is far from new to the game.
AdvisoryWorks, which won the Baldridge criteria-based award, may be better known to many within the business world as The Results Group.
The new brand has been introduced to better represent the company’s two decades of genuine business advisory experience, which keeps them at the forefront of the shifting market. This advisory experience becomes clear when taking into consideration the criteria by which they won the award.
In evaluating applications, the judges considered leadership and planning, customer and market focus, provision of business support and evaluation and improvement, with a focus on results.
Having spent the last twenty years working with successful businesses and business leaders who want to build themselves into something even greater, AdvisoryWorks has seen an average client growth rate of 11.7% in revenue and more than 40% in gross profit (EBIDTA) - something which, along with their strong leadership and purpose of making a difference to business leaders, impressed the judges.
The award was judged based on the Baldridge Excellence Framework, which is largely regarded as one of the most effective frameworks by which to judge performance excellence and high performing organisations.
“We’re thrilled to be part of the AUT Business Support Awards and to be recognised for the fantastic results that our clients have been able to achieve with our support,” shares AdvisoryWorks CEO Kendall Langston.
These results include clients having an average 46.1 staff engagement NPS score (compared to the national average of 26) and client loyalty NPS ratings that are 50% higher than their industry segment benchmark.
The win comes hot on the heels of the rebrand, which launched at the beginning of October.
“Being an advisor is about more than providing a financial forecast and a little supplementary advice. To continue to lead the business advisory space and show business leaders what being an advisor really means, we decided to take on a new name that reflects our advisory prowess,” says Langston.
As the AdvisoryWorks team takes home the trophy and continues to roll out the rebrand, they say that the focus is on being true advisors and supporting even more business leaders.
“At the heart of everything we do is our desire to make a difference to business leaders,” says Langston. “It’s that passion that makes successful entrepreneurs and business leaders want to work for us and help other companies instead of continuing to work solely on their own ventures.”
