Rothbury named IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces finalist again

Rothbury Insurance Brokers has been named a finalist in the Medium-Large category of the 2016 IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Programme, New Zealand’s largest and longest running study of workplace climate and employee engagement. The Best Workplaces survey identifies the best places to work in New Zealand, as rated by employees.

Over 36,000 employees from 210 organisations, across both private and public sectors, participated in the survey in 2016. Employees provide their perceptions of their workplace on areas such as leadership, development opportunities, involvement, recognition and more.

The winners of the 2016 IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Awards will be announced at a black tie dinner in Auckland on 3 November.
