Stunning Tutukaka winery offers huge opportunity

The current owners operate this vineyard with seasonal staff and bring in a wine-maker for about six weeks a year, so Ms a’Beckett says you don’t necessarily need to know much about wine production. Ms a’Beckett says in addition to the business of making and selling wine, and the provision of high-end accommodation, there remains a lot of potential to grow the function side of the business.

It’s not only ideal for an ultimate weekend escape, close for diving at the incredible Poor Knights Marine Reserve, or just to relax, Sailfish Cove is also an ideal venue for functions particularly weddings. I’ve seen a lot of their wedding photos and the backdrop looks breath taking!”

She says given the location, its functions business can only grow when you consider the likes of product launches and corporate team building days.
