“We are seeing a lot of early repayment cases where customers could have saved themselves a lot of heartache and money
by understanding what they are signing up for.”
“Last financial year lending related complaints accounted for a third of our cases, so my advice during Money Week is
take stock of your finances, make sure you know what you have signed up for and that you have done your homework before
you commit to anything.”
