Mr Chen comes from a banking background, having worked for a number of years at The National Bank and The Co-Operative Bank. Over the past 10 years, Mr Chen has established a reputation for customer service, having worked his way up from a consultant to Auckland Region Mortgage Adviser Relationship Specialist, supporting branches with complex lending propositions.

“As a skilled lender, I have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the mortgage market and am well versed with credit policy. I have a strong passion in mortgage lending and have experience working across numerous lending proposals. I enjoy a good lending challenge,” says Mr Chen.

Mr Chen is originally from Taiwan but has lived in New Zealand for close to 30 years; he converses fluently in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese.
