Enprise Group pays first dividend
24 June 2016. Auckland, New Zealand. Enprise Group (NZAX: ENS) has announced a 6% dividend payment, based on current
market value.
Enprise Group CEO Elliot Cooper says the decision to pay the dividend reflects strengthening profitability and
favourable prospects for growth.
“Both of our operating divisions – Enprise Solutions and Datagate Innovation – are performing strongly,” he says.
“Our cloud business software company, Enprise Solutions, is the leading trans-Tasman provider of solutions based on the
MYOB Advanced andMYOB EXO software platforms. Growth is accelerating in response to the successful repositioning of the
company as a cloud enabler for Australasian businesses.
“Our second operating division, Datagate Innovation, is living up to its early promise in the fast-growing online
billing market space. Datagate enables IT, Telco and Utility resellers to capitalise on the huge growth in subscription
service revenue. We are experiencing fast uptake of Datagate by resellers in the New Zealand market and we plan to take
Datagate to overseas markets very soon.
“Enprise Group’s business fundamentals are right-sized and we are debt free. This is an improvement from having around
half a million dollars in debt one year ago. All of the indicators are for continued strong growth and performance,”
Elliot Cooper says.
