V Energy Drink releases a category-changer made from all natural ingredients

V Pure is the latest innovation from V Energy and is set to challenge the way people think about energy drinks. Made from six natural ingredients, V Pure still maintains the full energy hit that other V Energy products are known for.

Frucor R&D reimagined what an energy drink can be – creating a great tasting, all natural energy drink with the least number of ingredients, while still delivering a full energy hit.

V Pure contains just six ingredients: apple juice, sparkling water, lemon juice, Guarana seed extract, caffeine from green coffee beans and natural V flavour. “With V Pure we really wanted to challenge consumers’ perceptions about energy drinks. We started from scratch and built a drink from the ground up, with the focus on delivering something completely natural,” explains Ursla Bowden, Senior Brand Manager for V Energy.

“It was important to us that we not only delivered a completely natural offering for consumers but that we also maintained the efficacy that has made V Energy drinks a favourite choice for New Zealanders,” says Ursla Bowden.

The minimalist approach of V Pure also extends to its packaging, with 200ml and 300ml cans stripped of almost all colour with a striking V logo on a silver background. In addition to this, V Pure also comes in a sleek 330ml glass bottle that looks right at home in café fridges around the country.
