Harcourts NZ on top of the world
30 May 2016
New Zealand Harcourts is home to the top five Harcourts franchises in the world, four of the top five Harcourts offices globally, and nine of the top ten sales consultants.
The awards were announced at a ceremony, following the 2016 Harcourts International Conference held in Auckland last week.
Harcourts NZ CEO Chris Kennedy says having the New Zealand business make an almost clean sweep of the Harcourts International Awards for 2016 is an exceptional achievement and testament to the incredibly hard work put in by everyone across the 190 New Zealand offices.
“At a global level Harcourts prides itself on an extraordinarily high standard of excellence and commitment to customer service. That New Zealand sits at the very top of that outstanding environment is extremely impressive.
“I am very proud, not only of all our international award winners, but of the work being done across the team.”
Harcourts International has 780 offices in ten countries. The company was founded in New Zealand in 1888.
More than 1100 delegates from around the world were in attendance at last week’s Harcourts International Conference to hear a selection of world class speakers including Nelson Mandela’s former private secretary Zelda la Grange, futurist Anders Sorman-Nilsson and All Blacks mental skill coach (and former Harcourts International general manager) Gilbert Enoka.
Harcourts International Managing Director Mike Green says the continued strength of Harcourts’ New Zealand operations is a reflection of the company’s place in hearts and minds of the public, built up over 128 years.
The success is also a testament to the company’s renowned commitment to honesty and integrity.
“Harcourts is a very highly-regarded and trusted company in New Zealand, and known for its commitment to a high level of customer service. That commitment results in very happy customers throughout the country who are then only too happy to recommend us to their family and friends.
“That’s how our New Zealand offices generate excellent levels of repeat business and satisfied customers.
“Those are the keys to on-going success in this business and many of our New Zealand offices are models for success, not just within Harcourts, but for real estate offices in general.”
