Spark opens pre-order for Huawei P9
Spark announced today that the new Huawei P9 is now available for pre-order online at http://www.spark.co.nz/p9.. The first 50 customers who pre-order on a $59.99 open plan or above, interest free and no deposit, will receive a
Huawei Classic Smart Watch worth $599 for free, as well as a bonus fast-charge kit worth $99, a clear case, and a $200
account credit.
The Huawei P9 has been co-engineered with premium camera manufacturer Leica to reinvent smartphone photography. The
ground breaking dual-lens combines leading hardware and software to create stunning and vibrant images – the two lenses
capture both a monochrome and colour image and then intelligently merges them to produce amazing, professional-looking
photos, especially at low light.
David Redmore, Spark’s Head of Mobile, is excited by the launch of the P9, saying people will be amazed by the camera
and other features, but the device loses none of the stunning design the range is known for.
“The Huawei P9 is an amazing device, and the innovative combination of two Leica lenses captures incredible photos, but
it doesn’t end there. The P9 has a huge battery, there’s a new fingerprint sensor conveniently embedded in the back, and

aerospace-grade aluminium makes it simply stunning to look at and to hold,” said Redmore.
The screen, which is made of superior grade 2.5D glass, is also protected by Huawei’s Screen Promise – if accidental
damage happens to the screen within 12 months of purchase, Huawei will replace it for free.*
The P9 RRPs for $1,099 and will be available on 1 June 2016 in Titanium Grey and Prestige Gold colours.
