North Shore real estate identities join forces with Ray White

Well known North Shore real estate identities Lewis Guy and Jason Smale have signed up with the Ray White Group.

They are joining business owner Craig Catley and his team at Ray White Takapuna.

In recent times, Guy and Smale have been operating their own successful boutique real estate agency, with two offices based in Herne Bay and Takapuna. The two prominent real estate personalities have together have sold over $600 million worth of properties and have a combined real estate experience of over 30 years.

Guy says being able to bring our business into the Ray White Group will provide their clients with an extensive marketing platform, given that Ray White is well known for its marketing innovation together with their auction excellence.

Smale says by joining Ray White will allow them to utilise their extensive knowledge and experience coupled with our passion for residential real estate to be able to further grow our business in partnership with the Ray White brand.

Catley says the pair will add enormous momentum to the agency business given their extraordinary and successful real estate careers, particularly in high end property on the North Shore.

Ray White New Zealand chief executive Carey Smith says the move will be a great boost to the wider group.

“Lewis and Jason are considered to be industry leading real estate facilitators on the North Shore. They share a reputation of being dynamic, innovative and highly experienced real estate operators. Lewis started his career with Ray White and was named our New Start Salesperson of the year in 1998. It’s great to have him back.”
