Josie Pagani announced as the new Director of CID

The Board of the Council for International Development (CID) is very pleased to announce the appointment of communications consultant and political commentator Josie Pagani as its new Director.

Josie Pagani has a high-level understanding and experience in the aid and development sector. Her career includes working as the communications manager for NZAID, and also for OECD DAC in Paris. Since returning to Wellington from Paris in 2007 Josie has managed a public affairs consultancy with a number of clients both in New Zealand and abroad.

As Director, Josie is looking forward to not only working with the highly skilled CID staff, but also with the CID membership, which includes the majority of aid and development not-for-profits based in New Zealand.

Josie will start with CID on the 16th May.

The CID Board also acknowledges the outstanding work and commitment by Wren Green who, as Director for the last six years, has guided CID through a period of change and challenge to a strong position of growth and opportunity.
