New Law Salaried Staff Have To Now Clock In

New employment law introduced a few weeks ago has imposed more hardship on the workplace says Max Whitehead CEO of the Small Business Voice.

The new law insists that all employers keep an accurate record of their salaried employees hours worked each day, including their start time, finish times and any non-paid breaks taken, and the days worked in each pay period.

This will require more unproductive compliance costs that will frustrate both employees and employers says Max Whitehead.
