OMF Announces Board of Directors Appointment
AUCKLAND
– 07 April 2016. OM Financial Limited (OMF) has today
announced the appointment of Len Ward as an independent
Director on the OMF Board of Directors.
OMF’s Chairman, Colin Churchouse, said “We have been looking to appoint an independent director for some time to balance the composition of the board for regulatory and commercial reasons and we feel sure that Len is the right person to fill these requirements. Len brings a wealth of financial markets and legal experience to OMF, and we believe his contributions will be invaluable as we continue to grow our footprint and client offering.”
Len has extensive experience in derivatives as CEO of the NZ Futures and Options Exchange, CEO of ASX Derivatives and he was a member of the ASX senior management team.
Len’s appointment to the Board of Directors took effect on 1 April 2016.
