Nuance signs partnership deal with PrintSolv

SYDNEY, Australia, February 19, 2016 – Nuance Communications, a leading provider of imaging and speech technology, has signed a new distributor partnership agreement with PrintSolv that allows the company to supply Nuance’s cutting-edge software to channel partners and resellers in Australia and New Zealand as well as implementation and training.

Under the agreement, Sydney-based PrintSolv will distribute licenses for Nuance’s Equitrac, eCopy, SafeCom and AutoStore. All four software solutions are designed for use with multifunction printers to help users effectively capture and control data.

PrintSolv will also provide software implementation and training. Key staff members have already completed Nuance’s training program.

‘Over the past two years Nuance Imaging has experienced significant growth across all major partners and independent dealers by outperforming the industry average. We intend on building on this success and are delighted to announce a new partnership with PrintSolv to help us broaden our footprint,’ said Mr Steve Lyne, Nuance’s Asia Pacific Sales Manager for Channels and Independents.

‘Our solutions allow organisations to gain effective control of their print and capture workflows. Today, both Equitrac and SafeCom are the solutions of choice for many large finance, healthcare, government and logistics organisations. We are now focussing on raising awareness about our solutions among small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). We have developed new SMB aligned products, price models and marketing campaigns. Together with PrintSolv, we hope to be able to make some inroads into this sector,’ added Steve.

The agreement is the culmination of a relationship which commenced about three years ago.

‘From the onset of our relationship with PrintSolv we realised that they were professional, vendor-neutral, like-minded and were interested in not just providing solutions but also value-adding. For Nuance, all of these factors are key ingredients for a successful partnership.

‘We are also very impressed with PrintSolv’s existing channel engagement and their systems, people and integrity. Their track record speaks for itself. They have a very established base of customers and we are really looking forward to seeing PrintSolv help take our business to the next level,’ explained Steve.

Mr Andrew Tsiorvas, General Manager of PrintSolv said, ‘Collaboration with a global leader like Nuance is fundamental to our strategy. This partnership allows us to be better placed to deliver value adding solutions and continued support to our customers.’
