New appointment for Mortgage Express
Mortgage Express announces the recent appointment of Sherry Huang, Mortgage Adviser.
Ms. Huang is originally from China but has spent the last 13 years living and working in New Zealand. She has a
background in Accounting and Finance, with first-hand knowledge of buying and selling investment properties.
Ms. Huang’s previous roles include several years’ experience in assisting small business owners with Tax and Accounting
enquiries, providing financial reports, financial planning and taxation advice.
During her career Ms. Huang proudly received the IRD’s award for “Certificate of Achievement” every year between 2012
and 2015, recognising that she completed 100% of her clients’ Income Tax Returns.
Ms. Huang has personally managed several investment properties, while closely following the New Zealand property market.
“I am passionate about working with people from all backgrounds and using my expertise to help them reach their goals,”
says Sherry.
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, Ms. Huang specialises in assisting with pre-approvals, home loans, commercial
loans, construction loans, re-financing and re-fixing.
