Dave Winsborough takes up international innovation role

Dave Winsborough, Managing Director of Auckland and Wellington-based organisational psychology provider Winsborough, is taking up a three-year role as Vice President Innovation for the international Hogan Assessment business.

Mr Winsborough, who is due to leave for New York on 27 December, will combine the Hogan role with his directorship of Winsborough, New Zealand’s largest team of organisational and leadership psychology experts.

Mr Winsborough said he was excited about the opportunity to be at the cutting edge of emerging international developments and to ensure New Zealand businesses benefitted from these.

“This is the next step in a long-standing relationship between Winsborough and Hogan,” he said. “We have been using their tools for 16 years and have developed IP for them, including the Hogan Team Report.

“Technology is affecting the world of assessment very rapidly. My job will be to help Hogan with all of these emerging technologies. I want to make sure Winsborough and New Zealand are up to date with these amazing developments.”

Winsborough’s 20-strong team offers world-leading products and practical selection and development solutions, from selecting and assessing candidates to measuring and monitoring staff engagement and developing teams and leadership.

Clients range from small businesses to major organisations including Air New Zealand, banks, government departments, councils, Police and Defence.
