Pure SEO recognised at 2015 AUT Excellence in Business Support Awards
Pure SEO won the Idealog Business <$5M Technology (non-cloud) Award at the 2015 AUT Excellence in Business Support Awards. The Awards were celebrated with a gala dinner at the Langham Hotel, Auckland on 29 October, attended by more than 600 business leaders and members of the business community.
Pure SEO (www.pureseo.co.nz) was one of 10 category winners (including one joint award), with the Supreme Award going to Advanced Security Group. A full list of 2015 winners is below.
The Awards are the only national performance measure for New Zealand organisations that provide business support. Applications are judged by evaluators from the AUT Business School with oversight from the New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation.
“I was very impressed by Pure SEO. It is an organisation that has grown rapidly and insisted on ethical practices and implemented rigorous systems. As a result, Pure SEO’s customer service and products are of a consistently high standard. The emphasis on a customer focused culture along with a focus on establishing and refining business processes has led to a business that is very successful,” says category evaluator and AUT Senior Lecturer in Business Information Systems Rodger Chesterfield.
Richard Conway, CEO of Pure SEO said;
“One of the most valuable aspects of the AUT Business Awards for us has been the rigorous entry process, criteria and evaluation. This is not a competition where you spend an hour or two filling out a form; it is one where you need to really dive deep into your business, take a hard look and identify the strengths and weaknesses.”
AUT Dean of Business and Law, Professor Geoff Perry said: “These Awards are important to AUT because they allow us to recognise the best providers of business support in New Zealand. Business support organisations and individuals make a significant but often unseen contribution to the performance of businesses, helping behind the scenes with everything from dispute resolution, research and legal services to security, compliance and logistics. This celebration of the business support sector is a great opportunity for the AUT Business and Law Schools to join with the business community and celebrate excellence.”
