Diligent Claims Second Successive Gold
New York-based, NZX-listed software company Diligent Corporation has been named the world’s Most Customer Friendly
Company.
Diligent’s record of having more than 99 percent of the 62,000 incoming support calls it received during 2014
immediately picked up by a support staff member, and its remarkably high resolution rate (fewer than three out of every
1,000 incoming calls required a call back) saw it head off companies from around the world to take gold at the annual Best in Biz International Awards.
The awards are open to all companies in any industry worldwide, and decided by a panel of 26 judges drawn from top-tier
news, business, finance and technology publications and media outlets in 19 countries.
Diligent also won gold at last year’s Best in Biz North America Awards, which are open to all companies operating in Canada and the US.

The award comes in the same week that Diligent announced it had acquired BoardLink from ThomsonReuters, adding more than
250 new clients and approximately 9,000 users to Diligent’s global community of executives and board members and
strengthening Diligent’s position as the world’s leading provider of corporate governance and collaboration SaaS
solutions for boards and senior executives.
