Josh Emett to join Summer F.A.W.C! 2015
F.A.W.C! Food and Wine Classic is delighted to announce renowned New Zealand chef Josh Emmet joins the line up for the Summer Series this November.
“A night with Josh Emett” will be a special 3 course dinner designed and prepared by Josh and his team in the stunning surrounds of Trinity Hill winery cellar door.
This will be the very first time Josh Emett has appeared at F.A.W.C!. As an official ambassador for F.A.W.C! sponsor Jeff Gray BMW, Josh was the natural guest chef to star at this very special event.
Josh Emett says “I spend a lot of time with family in Hawke’s Bay and have heard a lot about F.A.W.C! Food and Wine Classic. I am really looking forward to getting back down to the region and discovering what the festival is all about and having the opportunity to use all that great local produce”
Hamish Jacob, CEO Jeff Gray BMW said they were delighted to be a sponsor of F.A.W.C! and have their ambassador Josh Emett involved in such a showcase event of Hawke’s Bay food and wine.
Guests will be treated to a pre-dinner tasting of the Trinity Hill new release 2015 Róse before sitting down to an intimate dinner hosted by Josh where they will enjoy a menu inspired by fresh Hawke’s Bay produce, matched to Trinity Hill premium wines.
Trinity Hill CEO Michael Henley said they were honoured to have such an esteemed chef just as Josh join them for the evening and were excited to have premium Trinity Hill wines matched to his bespoke menu.
F.A.W.C! commences with a glamour launch party on Friday November 6th in the Round at Black Barn Vineyards and will close 10 days and 70 unique events later on Sunday 15th. .
To date over 29 events have sold out with nearly 3500 tickets snapped up for the summer series.
