Century 21 New Zealand has gone pink!

Century 21 has swopped its world-famous gold jackets for pink ones.

Proud to be a community supporter of The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation, the real estate company has turned its world-famous gold jackets pink for the entire month of October

“It’s not just our jackets that have turned pink this October - our website, signboards and marketing collateral have also made the switch in support of this worthy cause. Our offices throughout the country are now busy raising money, each keen to become Century 21’s top fundraiser for Pink October,” says Ian Carter, Century 21’s Head of Franchise Services Australia & New Zealand.

The gold jacket is synonymous with real estate globally, featuring in the original Ghost Busters movie and other films and television commercials.

Mr Carter says Century 21 real estate agents are now wearing limited edition pink jackets at their offices, at auctions, open homes and in their local areas for October. What’s more Century 21 offices are displaying pink merchandise boxes, hosting various pink fundraising events in their local communities, and running social media campaigns to raise awareness around breast cancer this month.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer for women affecting one in nine New Zealand women over their lifetime.

“Like many other New Zealand businesses, our company and network of people are not immune to the impact of this devastating illness. By going pink for the second year running, Century 21 is committed to raising awareness of the cause as well as funds for The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation,” says Mr Carter.
