Frog 2015 iNTRAPRENEUR Breakfast Series: Auckland businesses learn how to ease ‘growing pains’
A valuable lesson in how to ease ‘growing pains,’ is on the menu for Auckland’s top businesses at an exclusive business breakfast later this month.
The latest Frog Recruitment iNTRAPRENER Business Breakfast will serve up a healthy discussion about business growth – the highs and lows, addressing the burning questions, ‘what is the secret to successfully navigating growth in a turbulent market?’; ‘growth traps - what lessons can we learn?; and ‘how important is it to select the right people to support increases in demand and growth?’
Over breakfast, two visionary leaders – Carmen Vicelich, Founder & Managing Director of Data Insight, and Ludo Campbell-Reid, General Manager, Auckland Design Office and Design Champion for Auckland Council – will share two very different perspectives on business growth, with an audience of eighty decision makers and influencers.
“A business grows as a result of talented people. It’s about having people who are flexible and agile and can help overcome the inevitable stumbling blocks a fast-growing company will face,” explains Frog Director, Jane Kennelly.
“We aim to inform and inspire attendees, by sharing two unique accounts of successfully navigating ‘growing pains,’ followed by lots of hearty debate,” continues Ms. Kennelly.
The event is aimed at those focused on strategies for growth, increasing productivity, fostering employee engagement, and improving internal systems and processes.
