High Court considers defendant's fitness to stand trial in case with broad suppression order

Sept. 15 (BusinessDesk) - The Wellington High Court today considered information relating to the fitness of a defendant to proceed to trial.
All other matters related to the case were suppressed by Justice David Collins.
