All Blacks celebrated with new stamps and coins

New Zealand Post is cheering on the All Blacks with an official stamp and coin release to support the team in the lead up to rugby’s biggest event.

The stamp, made of fabric from the 2015 All Blacks Home Replica Jersey is the first of its kind and includes tiny details such as the All Blacks, adidas and AIG logos.

The official legal tender coin takes the shape of an adidas All Blacks jersey - a world first.

New Zealand Post Head of Stamps and Coins Simon Allison said his designers wanted to come up with unique and eye-catching memorabilia.

“The All Black jersey is synonymous with New Zealand the world over. The stamps and coins are about honouring the All Blacks, their jersey and its symbolism for fans and supporters,” Simon Allison said.

The special issue official stamp and legal tender coin are available now for fans and collectors. The 1oz silver proof coin will be a real rugby collectable, with only 2015 minted worldwide.
