New Zealand's Largest Home Builder Expands In Auckland
Mike Greer Homes, New Zealand’s largest home builder, is doubling its capacity in the dynamic Auckland market.
The award-winning company is targeting sales of up to 600 new homes in the city next year.
“The new Manukau office opened yesterday with ten staff which will quickly grow to 35,” said Mike Greer, Director of Mike Greer Homes Limited.
“Our existing office in Newmarket is busy building in the northern areas of the Auckland market so we are expanding our operations to respond to demand in other parts of the city.
“We are already very active in Auckland, with a strong footprint in the Hobsonville and Silverdale areas.
“There is a demand in Auckland for quality, designed, well-priced homes and we are determined to meet that demand,” he said.
Mike Greer Homes employs more than 250 people in nine offices nationwide and expects to sell 1,250 new homes in 2015. The company utilises its own project management and construction teams to ensure quality and consistency.
“We also leverage our buying power to deliver more value to our customers,” said Mike Greer.
“That combination of quality and value strikes a real chord with buyers so we are looking forward to being able to deliver more capacity to the Auckland market,” he said.
