Updated Harcourts Northern Region Market Watch
Final residential data from Harcourts, New Zealand’s largest real estate group, for July shows average sale prices are up 24% on the same period in 2014 to $828,009.
The price boost comes on the back of ongoing strong demand that has offset any traditional winter slowdown in the region. That demand has also led to a healthy 65.8% increase in written sales, up to 668 last month from 403 in July 2014.
