New Zealand's "Most Liked" Lawyers
LawFuel.co.nz - NZ's Leading Law News Site - As the popularity of Facebook has soared, New Zealand law news and law jobs site LawFuel the law news site has ranked
the top 50 "Most Liked" law firms in New Zealand.
Although many lawyers remain sceptical of Facebook's value as a marketing or communication tool, it is nonetheless
gaining more ground for professionals marketing their services and providing an outlet for communications for jobs,
recruitment and to help develop the visibility of law firms generally.
The LawFuel "Most Liked" list is not crowded by the big law firms, however. The top ranked "most liked" firm is Tauranga
law firm Sharp Tudhope with 6340 "likes" followed by online legal service firm "Legal Beagle", which has 1888 "likes"
and with a range of law firms filling most of the balance of the list.
The "likes" range from Legal Beagle's 1888 down to 114.
Among the most popular law associations and law schools and related groups is Victoria University's Law Student's
Association with 2731 "likes" while the largest large law firm in terms of popularity is Chapman Tripp with 1369,
ranking second on the overall grouping.
The law rankings under Facebook are growing reasonably strongly according to LawFuel researchers who undertook the
ranking survey, with more lawyers beginning to use the social network to increase their visibility on social media.
