REINZ grants JLL four award wins

AUCKLAND, Tuesday 28th July 2015 - JLL has been officially recognised in four separate categories at the 2015 REINZ Awards for Excellence ceremony held on Thursday evening 23rd July, at Auckland’s Grand Rendezvous Hotel.

Chloe Brooks, retail sales and leasing specialist at JLL took home the runner up award for the Commercial and Industrial Rising Star of the Year category. Chloe joined JLL’s retail team in August 2013 and in the past 12 months alone has become one of JLL’s highest performing agents focussing on bulk retail and childcare centres on the North Shore.

JLL’s Director of Capital Markets and one of New Zealand’s highest earning agents for over a decade, John Binning was awarded runner up for the Commercial and Industrial Salesperson of the Year category for the second year running. John has almost 30 years’ experience in the commercial property market, most of which have been spent with JLL. In 2014 alone, John sold over $350million of commercial real estate.

Megan Robertson was awarded the winner of the Personal Assistant of the Year category. Megan is the personal assistant of JLL’s Managing Director Nick Hargreaves as well as business support to over 30 agents in JLL’s industrial, retail and sales teams. Megan is dedicated to the increasing performance of her team members and her management skills and attention to detail are unrivalled.

JLL New Zealand won Boutique Agency of the Year with the highest turnover of any other agency in the boutique category. Nick Hargreaves, Managing Director JLL says, “These award wins are a reflection of the hard work, determination and experience of our employees who have proved themselves to be a huge talent and asset to JLL and I can guarantee will continue to deliver remarkable results year on year.”

The awards follow JLL’s recent success at the 2015 RICS and University of Auckland Awards where JLL was recognised on a national level.
