Harcourts: Proud to be New Zealand’s most trusted
27 July 2014
For the third consecutive year Harcourts has been voted New Zealand’s Most Trusted real estate agency brand.
Reader’s Digest today announced its most trusted brands for 2015. It is the third time the real estate category has been voted on, and the third time Harcourts, New Zealand’s largest real estate company, has come out on top.
Harcourts CEO Hayden Duncan says the support and faith New Zealanders continue to put into the company, founded in Wellington 127 years ago and still proudly New Zealand owned, is humbling.
“To be named the Most Trusted real estate brand for three years in a row is an incredible badge of honour and it is one we wear with immense pride.
“We take the trust New Zealanders place in us very seriously. After all, making the decision to buy or sell a property is often one of the biggest, most important financial decisions all of us will make. You want to know that the sales consultants you are working with have knowledge, experience, honesty and integrity,” he says.
The challenge for the company is to keep working hard for its clients, and to keep finding new ways to deliver exceptional customer service.
“That is absolutely always at the core of everything we do. We are constantly looking at ways to improve our clients’ experience with us,” he says.
The company has recently relaunched The Harcourts Promise, a signed agreement guaranteeing clients a certain level of service, and an industry-leading client login, allowing clients 24/7 mobile access to all documentation and developments relating to their property sale or lease.
“You hear it said a lot, that no relationship can work without trust. That is why this title of Most Trusted is so important to us.”
Thank you New Zealand.
