As the snow falls the demand for holiday home rentals in the Ruapehu region grows.
Bachcare, New Zealand’s leading holiday home rental management company, has reported a significant increase in booking
and listing activity in the Ruapehu region, with over 50% increase in forward bookings for the remainder of the ski
season.
Bachcare is seeing more and more people booking houses for ski holidays, with the benefits of extra space and the

the Ruapehu region.
