JLL’s promotees are recognised for their exceptional performance

AUCKLAND, Thursday 9th July 2015 – Commercial property specialists JLL has promoted five members of its New Zealand team whom have been recognised for demonstrating consistent exceptional performance.

Nick Hargreaves, managing director of JLL New Zealand says, “There are numerous ways how a great company stands out from the good ones. In our industry, talent is the biggest differentiator. Our people are JLL’s strength and their performance is what truly differentiates us from the competition and enables us to continue to deliver dynamic growth.”

Following the annual promotion process carried out by JLL’s leadership team, Mary Derksen has been promoted from finance manager to associate director and trust manager of corporate finance. During her time at JLL, Mary has restructured the finance team, streamlined processes, improved forecasting and budgeting as well as increased JLL’s connectivity and alignment with JLL Asia Pacific.

Ranesh Parmar have been promoted from retail leasing specialist to associate director of JLL’s national retail leasing team. Ranesh was recognised for his efforts in cementing solid relationships with developers, landlords and tenants. He was recently chosen to take part in JLL Singapore’s Step Up programme.

Andrew Fullerton-Smith and Nick Theyers in JLL’s Markets division has been promoted to Leasing Leadership positions for Wellington and Auckland respectively. Andrew and Nick will be responsible for the development of landlord and tenant strategies and working with the teams to drive and grow our Office Leasing presence in these areas.

Julie Cottle has been promoted to National Director of Transaction Management for the Singapore Hub where she will be leading a team of 22 transaction experts who represent circa 20 regional and global multinational corporate clients.
