Public Trust Executive Heads up New National Role

Public Trust Executive Heads up New National Role

New Zealand’s largest trustee service, Public Trust is delighted to officially announce the appointment of Ms Jacqui Beilby to the role of Manager Executor Assist.

The senior management role has been specifically created to oversee a new designated specialist team that is responsible for executor services and administration.

‘Executor Assist’ is another step in Public Trust’s transformational pathway as it unbundles services to give clients more choice by offering as little or as much support as they require.

Originally hired in 1998 as a Customer Relationship Manager, Beilby’s most recent tenure within the crown entity has been consulting as a business analyst developing efficient internal processes and work flow models.

During her career she has spent eight years specialising in estate management averaging up to 120 estates per annum, delivered internal national training programmes on estate management services, advised and managed predominantly complex and high value clients and supervised the largest customer centre in New Zealand.

An expert in the field of estate management, Beilby was recently asked to present to members of the New Zealand Law Society.

"Jacqui epitomises what Public Trust stands for given her empathy and expertise. She is a terrific asset to draw on due to her all-round abilities as we operate in an increasing complex and dynamic society where people’s needs are great" says, Mr Bob Smith, Chief Executive, Public Trust.
